FAQ
When do I receive my production credits?
Production credits are issued after your contribution has been successfully confirmed and processed within the TSE platform. Once confirmation is complete, you will receive a notification with clear instructions on how to access and apply your credits within your TSE account. Credits will appear in your account balance and can be applied to eligible production services during checkout.
Do credits expire?
Yes. Production credits are valid for 24 months from the date they are issued. After this period, any unused credits will automatically expire and cannot be redeemed. Certain higher-tier contribution levels may qualify for extended or non-expiring credits, which will be clearly stated in the terms associated with that tier.
Can credits be used for any product?
Production credits may be applied to eligible T-shirt Envy production services, including:
- DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing
- Screen printing
- Embroidery
- Standard garment production services
Credits cannot be applied to excluded items such as third-party products, shipping fees, rush service surcharges, or promotional items unless otherwise specified in the campaign terms.
Can I transfer credits?
Yes. Credits may be transferred to another individual or organization with written authorization from the original contributor. To request a transfer, submit a written authorization through the TSE support portal with the recipient’s name and account information. Once approved, the credits will be reassigned to the designated account.
What is TSE Club?
TSE Club is T-shirt Envy’s membership program designed to provide additional benefits and priority access to production services. Members receive:
- Exclusive member-only discounts
- Priority placement in the production queue
- Early access to new products and services
- Special promotions and limited-time perks
- Access to select partner offers and events
TSE Club is designed to reward loyal customers, organizations, and supporters who regularly produce apparel through the TSE platform.
Is this refundable?
Contributions made through TSE campaigns are non-refundable once they have been processed. In exchange, contributors receive production credits according to the campaign’s stated terms. These credits may be used within the allowed timeframe and under the eligibility guidelines provided at the time of contribution.
