Buying and production requirements: - All production turnarounds begin after both payment and final written artwork approval are received. Production time and shipping transit time are separate. A quote alone does not reserve stock or confirm a production slot. - DTF (direct-to-film) and DTG (direct-to-garment) start at one item. Garment suitability must be confirmed. Customer-supplied garments may be accepted where suitable; ask before buying blanks. - Screen printing requires at least 12 items per design; 25 or more generally offers better value. Keep the print design and ink colors the same across the order; garment sizes and colors may vary. Allow at least 3 business days, typically 3-5 business days. Screen printing is not a same-day or next-day service. - Embroidery is available for suitable polos and apparel, with artwork digitizing and production timing quoted individually. Hat embroidery is not currently available. - Sublimation is limited to qualifying team jerseys and event/team polos; it is not a print-on-demand service. Confirm specialty garment eligibility with the team. Vinyl printing is not offered. - DTF sheets and rolls serve customers applying their own transfers. Tallahassee produces rolls for both locations. Use the appropriate sheet or roll builder rather than a garment design workflow. - Quotes account for garments, sizes, quantities, print locations, design, artwork help, deadline and delivery needs. Setup and rush fees may apply. - Review spelling, colors, placement, dimensions and every printed side before approving a proof in writing.
