What is DTG printing?
Direct-to-garment, or DTG, is a printing method that sprays ink onto the garment. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. It’s like printing on paper, but on clothing.
What is Sublimation printing?
Sublimation is available only for team jerseys and event/team polos. It is no longer offered as a print-on-demand service. Sublimation uses heat to transfer dye into polyester fabric.
What is DTF printing?
DTF printing is a full-color print method that can be printed on almost any substrate and color. DTF is available for same-day and next-day orders. Same-day service is available in Tallahassee only; Tampa service starts at next day.
What are the screen-printing order requirements?
- Screen printing has a minimum order of 12 items per design. Orders of 25 or more are more cost-effective. Each screen-printing design requires its own screen setup (burning screens). Garment sizes and colors may vary, but the print design and ink color(s) must remain the same across the 12-item minimum. The 12-item minimum per design applies only to screen printing; DTG and DTF do not require burned screens and are not subject to this minimum. It requires the use of ink and screens and each color and design requires a screen. Screen printing has a minimum turnaround of 3 business days and a typical turnaround of 3–5 business days. Turnaround begins once both payment and final artwork approval are received.
Which print method has the longest lifespan?
All our print methods should last the lifetime of the shirt if proper wash instructions are followed. (Usually inside out in cold water and dried with low heat)
What is a vector file?
Vector art is created using vector illustration software programs, such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW. These programs use mathematical equations and geometric primitives (points, lines, and shapes) to create art that is clean, print-ready, and can be scaled infinitely, without any loss of quality or fidelity.
What is digitizing?
Digitizing is the process of converting existing artwork like a company logo or team emblem into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can sew on a garment. Before any design can be embroidered, it must be digitized. Digitizing for new embroidery designs starts at $35 and increases based on design complexity, size, and total stitch count. Digitizing is a one-time charge for an unchanged design; reorders of the same unchanged design do not incur another digitizing fee. Resizing or modifying an existing embroidery design requires a new digitizing fee.
Do you take deposits?
We take full payments before we begin production. All turnarounds begin once both payment and final artwork approval are received. All approvals must be in writing, including final artwork approval and acceptance of any lower-resolution image-quality limitations.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of creating custom products we do not offer refunds on completed orders. We may issue a refund only if an order is not approved for print and we have not ordered items specifically for your job’s completion. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will do our best to resolve any issue you have which includes reprinting any misprinted items. If for some reason we cannot resolve the issue, we can offer you a store credit.
