Do you have print-ready images or artwork? A PNG file with a transparent background is preferred. For quality DTG prints, we recommend 150 DPI or higher at the intended print size. We can print lower-resolution images, but we cannot guarantee that the printed image will be visually clear. Before we print lower-resolution artwork, you must explicitly approve this image-quality limitation in writing. All approvals, including final artwork approval, must be in writing.

Screen Printing! Minimum Order: 12 Items per Design | Orders of 25 or More Are More Cost-Effective | Minimum Turnaround: 3 Business Days | Typical Turnaround: 3–5 Business Days. Garment sizes and colors may vary, but the print design and ink color(s) must remain the same across the 12-item minimum. Turnaround begins once both payment and final artwork approval are received.

Garment Embroidery! No Minimums | Turnaround: 10 Business Days. All turnarounds begin once both payment and final artwork approval are received. Digitizing for new embroidery designs starts at $35 and increases based on design complexity, size, and total stitch count. Digitizing is a one-time charge for an unchanged design; reorders of the same unchanged design do not incur another digitizing fee. Resizing or modifying an existing embroidery design requires a new digitizing fee.
