Price the whole run together
The minimum is 12 garments per design, with 25 or more generally more cost effective. Screens must be prepared for each design, so combining a consistent order can make more sense than splitting it into several small runs. Give us the ink colors, print locations and garment breakdown for a useful quote. Separate staff and participant graphics need to be identified as separate designs.
Vary the garments without changing the print
You may use different garment sizes and colors while keeping the printed design and ink colors the same, subject to suitability. Check contrast on each proposed garment color. If one group needs different artwork or ink colors, flag it before approval because the production requirements change. Ask the team to assess customer-supplied blanks before buying them.
Separate production from travel and delivery
Allow at least three business days, with a typical screen-printing turnaround of three to five business days after payment and final written artwork approval. This is not Tampa’s next-day service. If shirts must reach a venue or travel with your team, include that earlier handoff date. Confirm appointment pickup or any delivery and shipping arrangement as part of the order.
What to include in your quote request
Send your garment choice or supplied-garment details, sizes, quantity, original artwork, print locations and in-hand deadline. Include any design assistance, delivery or shipping needs. Pricing depends on these specifications; applicable setup, digitizing and rush charges should be confirmed before you approve the order.
Use the design studio to plan a layout or the quote assistant to submit the details. Review spelling, colors, dimensions, placement and every decorated side. All final artwork approvals must be in writing, and turnaround starts only after both payment and final artwork approval are received.

What if I need only a few shirts tomorrow?
Ask about qualifying next-business-day DTF production instead. Availability must be confirmed, and a different method can create a different finish from an existing screen-printed run.
