The one-hour offer, clearly explained
Five shirts may qualify for a one-hour turnaround; a single shirt may qualify for 15 minutes. The team must check stock, artwork, placements and current capacity before accepting the timing. Larger quantities should be assessed for same-day or later production. Tell us the exact time you need the shirts in hand, including any travel time to your event.
Prepare before the clock starts
Send your original artwork file rather than a screenshot of it whenever possible. Include the shirt sizes and colors, intended print dimensions and all print locations. If the design needs redrawing, background removal or spelling changes, that work has to be resolved before production approval. Lower-resolution files can sometimes be printed, but printing cannot restore detail that the source image does not contain.
When a different service is the better fit
DTF is used for qualifying rush requests. A complicated order with multiple designs or placements may need more time even if the garment count is low. Screen printing needs at least three business days, and embroidery has a separate production schedule. If the one-hour slot is unavailable, ask about the next confirmed collection time instead of assuming the same offer will apply later.
