*Qualifying Tallahassee orders only. Availability depends on garment and transfer availability, artwork readiness, print method, print locations, and current production capacity. Rush fees may apply. Screen printing and embroidery are excluded from these rush offers.
Choose the right process
Printing methods, explained.
You do not need to arrive knowing which machine should print your shirts. Send your design and tell us how the apparel will be worn. We can compare the practical options before you commit.
Full color · Flexible quantities
DTF printing

Direct-to-film printing is a versatile option for colorful logos, detailed graphics, and many cotton, blend, and polyester garments. The artwork is printed onto transfer film and applied with heat. It is also our current method for printing on hats.
DTF is the starting point for qualifying same-day and next-day orders, especially larger full-color runs. Fabric, placement, and transfer readiness still matter. Own a heat press? Order DTF sheets or rolls, and use our online roll builder to arrange your artwork.
Photos · Small runs
DTG printing

Direct-to-garment printing applies ink directly to a suitable garment and is a good option for photo detail and small runs on cotton. It can reproduce multicolor artwork without a separate screen for every ink color.
DTG starts at one item. We review the garment and design before recommending it, particularly for blends, large print areas, or a tight deadline. For a larger urgent order, DTF may be the more practical choice. Ask us to compare the finish and production options for your project.
Bulk orders · Consistent designs
Screen printing

Screen printing suits repeated designs for staff shirts, school groups, fundraisers, and event merchandise. Each design requires screen setup, so quantity and the number of ink colors influence the price.
The minimum is 12 items per design; 25 or more is generally more cost-effective. Keep the print design and ink colors the same across the run. Garment sizes and colors can vary. Allow a minimum of three business days, with a typical turnaround of three to five business days. Same-day and next-day screen printing are not offered.
Polos · Professional apparel
Embroidery

Embroidery creates a stitched, textured finish for logos on polos and other suitable garments. It is useful when you want professional staff apparel with a different look and feel from a printed design.
There is no minimum garment quantity. Allow ten business days. Digitizing starts at $35 and varies with complexity, design size, and stitch count. An unchanged reorder does not need a new digitizing fee; resizing or modifying the design can require a new fee. Hat embroidery is not currently offered.
Looking for sublimated teamwear? Sublimation is available for custom team jerseys and event/team polos with a ten-business-day turnaround. It is no longer offered as a general print-on-demand service. Ask about teamwear.
Garments that fit the job
Choose the shirt. We’ll help with the details.
From everyday tees to team polos
Start with how the garment will be used. Cotton is a familiar option for everyday shirts. Softer blends can suit retail or premium event apparel. Performance fabrics are worth considering for outdoor teams and active work. Hoodies, long sleeves, polos, and bags give you options beyond a standard tee.
Share your preferred fit, color, size range, and budget. Availability varies by style and supplier, so we confirm the actual garments before committing to fulfillment. For mixed-size groups, collect the size breakdown early and identify youth sizes separately.
Bring your own garments
Already have the shirts? Tell us the brand, fabric composition, color, quantity, and intended print position before bringing them in. We’ll review whether the material and construction suit the requested decoration.
Zippers, seams, pockets, coatings, and heat sensitivity can affect placement or the method we recommend. Bringing garments does not bypass artwork approval or reserve a rush production slot. Contact the shop first so your visit moves the order forward.
Pricing without guesswork
What goes into your quote?
There is no single shirt price that accurately covers every project. Your quote depends on the garment, total quantity, size breakdown, decoration method, artwork, print dimensions, print locations, and deadline. Screen-printing ink colors and embroidery stitch requirements also affect production cost.
Quantity & garments
Compare the same garment and decoration when comparing prices. A premium polo, a basic cotton tee, and a hoodie have different costs. Ask us to quote a larger quantity if you are near a useful price break.
Artwork & placement
A front-only print differs from front-and-back or sleeve printing. Send every design and its intended placement. We’ll identify any design assistance, screen setup, or digitizing needed before you approve the order.
Deadline & delivery
Tell us your required pickup time and whether you need shipping or delivery. Rush service can add cost and depends on capacity. A quote establishes pricing; the confirmed order establishes fulfillment arrangements.
Artwork center
Have a file—or just an idea?
Send what you have so we can assess it. Vector artwork such as AI, EPS, SVG, or a suitable PDF is helpful for scalable logos. A transparent-background PNG is useful for many full-color designs. A screenshot may explain the concept, but it may need cleanup or recreation for a clear print.
For raster images, aim for 300 DPI for DTF or at least 150 DPI for DTG at the actual print size. Enlarging a small file does not create missing detail. We can print lower-resolution artwork, but visual clarity cannot be assured; any accepted quality limitations must be approved in writing.
Check the proof carefully
Review spelling, colors, dimensions, placement, garment selection, and every printed side. All final artwork approvals must be in writing. If something changes after approval, contact us immediately so we can explain what is still possible.
Need help creating a logo layout or preparing your design? Include that request with your quote. We’ll explain the work needed and charges before moving ahead.
Plan your pickup
Turnaround starts with payment + approval.
Both payment and final written artwork approval must be received before the production clock starts. The specific deadline confirmed for your order takes priority over a general estimate. Business-day services are different from a qualifying rush offer expressed in hours.
| Service | Timing | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Rush DTF / eligible small digital orders | 15 minutes to next day, if qualified | Stock, artwork, quantity, method, and available capacity |
| Screen printing | Minimum 3; typical 3–5 business days | 12-item minimum per design; fixed design and ink colors |
| Embroidery | 10 business days | Garment suitability and digitizing |
| Sublimated team jerseys / polos | 10 business days | Teamwear specifications and final artwork |
For an event, build in time to distribute garments and resolve questions before event day. If you need shipping, include transit time in your planning; a production completion date is not automatically an arrival date.

Quick answers
Before you order.
Can I order just one custom shirt?
Yes. DTG and DTF start at one item. The right method depends on your artwork, garment, and deadline. Screen printing has a 12-item minimum per design.
Are the 15-minute and 1-hour offers guaranteed?
No. They apply to qualifying Tallahassee orders when the necessary materials, approved artwork, and production capacity are available. Call first and get your deadline confirmed. Payment and written approval are required before timing begins.
Can my group mix garment sizes and colors?
Yes. For a screen-printing run, garment sizes and colors can vary while the print design and ink colors remain the same. Share the complete size and color breakdown so we can quote and check availability accurately.
Can you print on hats or embroider them?
We currently offer DTF printing on suitable hats. Hat embroidery is not offered at this time. Send the hat details and proposed design so we can check the printing area.
Do you sell transfers for my own heat press?
Yes. DTF sheets and rolls let you apply your designs yourself. Choose a roll size in the online builder, upload your artwork, and review the layout before adding the finished sheet to your cart.
What should I send for an accurate quote?
Include the total quantity, garment style and color, sizes, artwork, print locations, desired print dimensions, and required in-hand date. Mention customer-supplied garments, design assistance, and delivery needs at the start.
