Digitizing is part of the job
A printed logo file is not automatically a stitch file. Digitizing starts at $35 and increases with design complexity, size and stitch count. Small lettering, fine lines and detailed artwork may need adjustment for a readable stitched result. An unchanged repeat design does not need a new digitizing fee; design changes can require new digitizing.
Choose the garment and placement together
Tell us whether you need polos, work shirts or another suitable garment, and identify the intended logo dimensions. Seams, pockets and fabric construction can restrict placement. Customer-supplied items need assessment before the order is accepted. For matching staff apparel, provide a single size list and identify any garments that differ from the main style.
Allow time for a stitched order
Plan on a 10-business-day turnaround after payment and final written artwork approval, subject to a confirmed production schedule. Embroidery is not part of the one-hour or same-day shirt offer. Hat embroidery is not currently offered; ask about DTF printing for suitable hats instead. Your quote should distinguish garment costs, digitizing and decoration so that repeat-order expectations are clear.
What to include in your quote request
Send your garment choice or supplied-garment details, sizes, quantity, original artwork, print locations and in-hand deadline. Include any design assistance, delivery or shipping needs. Pricing depends on these specifications; applicable setup, digitizing and rush charges should be confirmed before you approve the order.
Use the design studio to plan a layout or the quote assistant to submit the details. Review spelling, colors, dimensions, placement and every decorated side. All final artwork approvals must be in writing, and turnaround starts only after both payment and final artwork approval are received.
Before you order
Can a very detailed print design be embroidered unchanged?
Not always. Some artwork needs simplification or a different size to work in thread. Review the proposed design and placement in writing before production.
