Choose a method around the design
Screen printing starts at 12 garments per design and is usually more cost effective at 25 or more. Garment sizes and colors may vary while the printed design and ink colors stay the same. If each branch wants different artwork or you only need a few shirts, DTF or DTG may be a better fit. Personalization and extra printed sides should be included in the quote request.
Plan for the photograph, not just the event date
Tell us when the organizer needs to distribute the shirts, which may be earlier than the reunion itself. Screen printing typically takes three to five business days, with a minimum of three. Qualifying DTF orders can be considered for same-day service, but late additions need their own availability check. Confirm collection or ask about delivery and shipping costs before promising arrangements to relatives.

Send your garment choice or supplied-garment details, sizes, quantity, original artwork, print locations and in-hand deadline. Include any design assistance, delivery or shipping needs. Pricing depends on these specifications; applicable setup, digitizing and rush charges should be confirmed before you approve the order.
Use the design studio to plan a layout or the quote assistant to submit the details. Review spelling, colors, dimensions, placement and every decorated side. All final artwork approvals must be in writing, and turnaround starts only after both payment and final artwork approval are received.

Can we mix children’s and adult sizes?
Yes, subject to garment availability and print suitability. The same artwork may need a different print size on small garments; include the full size breakdown so that can be reviewed and quoted.
