Submit artwork at the size you need
A 300-DPI file at actual print dimensions is recommended. Provide a transparent background when that is the intended design, and check that fine lettering remains readable at the chosen size. A web thumbnail enlarged to shirt size may still look soft or pixelated. Lower-resolution images can be assessed, but visual clarity cannot be guaranteed; approve any accepted limitations in writing.
Order online, then coordinate the handoff
Include your deadline and pickup or shipping needs with the request. Qualifying next-business-day orders should be requested by noon Monday through Thursday, subject to confirmation, stock and capacity. Production begins after payment and final written approval. For larger repeated designs with more lead time, compare screen printing. Suitable hats can be DTF printed; hat embroidery is not currently available.
