Blends, garment colors and construction can change suitability, so send the actual style and fabric details. A good-looking digital mockup does not establish that a particular blank will work. Customer-supplied garments need review before you purchase or drop off the order.
Review the file before committing to a batch
For DTG, at least 150 DPI at actual print size is recommended. Original photographs and artwork files are more useful than screenshots. Ask the team to assess small lettering and areas of detail that matter to the design. If the image is lower resolution, printing may still be possible, but the missing detail cannot be restored by enlarging it.

Include the date the shirts must be in your hands and whether they need shipping. Ask about DTF if you need qualifying next-business-day service; do not assume every DTG request qualifies for that deadline.
