Order custom DTF gang sheets from T-Shirt Envy for Tallahassee and Tampa projects. A gang sheet combines several designs or repeated logos on one transfer sheet. This is a transfer-only product for customers who will apply the designs with their own heat press; garments and pressing are not included.
DTF transfer sheet sizes
Small: 12.75 × 9 inches.
Medium: 12.75 × 18 inches.
Large: 15.75 × 19 inches.
Choose a size that fits your designs and heat press. Gang sheets work well for chest logos, sleeve graphics, small apparel batches, and mixed designs for schools, local businesses, churches, and apparel brands.
How to build your DTF gang sheet
Select a sheet size, upload and arrange your artwork in the builder, then check the final dimensions of every design. Leave room to cut the transfers apart, review the layout, and add the completed sheet to your cart. Follow the application instructions supplied with your transfers.
Upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, preferably 300 DPI at the final print size. Check spelling, image dimensions, print locations, and layout before submitting. Include your required in-hand date. Production requires final artwork approval in writing: “Approved.”
Tallahassee and Tampa ordering

Tampa: We serve Tampa customers through Tallahassee fulfillment and large-order appointments. In-person Tampa service is by appointment for 500 or more garments. Smaller customer-supplied garment orders must be shipped to Tallahassee; contact us before sending garments. Transfer orders for Tampa are produced in Tallahassee; allow for shipping time. Can I put different designs on one DTF sheet?
Yes. Combine different designs or repeated graphics within the selected sheet dimensions. Check the layout and the finished size of every graphic before submitting.
Do DTF sheets include shirts or heat pressing?
No. This product supplies printed transfers for your heat press. Choose DTF garment printing if you want T-Shirt Envy to apply the artwork to apparel.
Can I order DTF sheets for Tampa?
Yes. Tampa transfer orders are produced in Tallahassee. Confirm shipping and your required arrival date before ordering; same-day Tampa production is unavailable.
What if I need more transfer space?
Choose a 22-inch-wide DTF roll for longer layouts, repeat logos, or larger batches. Rolls are offered in lengths from 1 to 10 feet.
