Build custom 22-inch-wide DTF transfer rolls with T-Shirt Envy for Tallahassee and Tampa apparel projects. 22-inch DTF roll sizes
Roll width is 22 inches. Available lengths run from 1 foot (12 inches) to 10 feet (120 inches). A 10-foot layout measures 22 × 120 inches. For projects needing more than 10 feet, create additional roll layouts and purchase the quantities you need.
How to build a DTF transfer roll
Choose your roll length, upload artwork in the builder, and arrange designs within the layout. Set each graphic to its intended print size, allow space to cut transfers apart, and check the full layout before adding it to your cart. DTF rolls suit repeat business logos, school spirit wear, team apparel, event merchandise, and small apparel brands. For a few graphics or a compact layout, compare our three DTF sheet sizes.
Upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, preferably 300 DPI at the final print size. Check spelling, image dimensions, print locations, and layout before submitting. Include your required in-hand date. Production requires final artwork approval in writing: “Approved.”
Tallahassee and Tampa ordering

Tampa: We serve Tampa customers through Tallahassee fulfillment and large-order appointments. In-person Tampa service is by appointment for 500 or more garments. Smaller customer-supplied garment orders must be shipped to Tallahassee; contact us before sending garments. Transfer orders for Tampa are produced in Tallahassee; allow for shipping time. Tampa has no same-day or 1-hour service. Call 813-421-4646 to confirm fulfillment and timing.

DTF roll questions
How many designs fit on a DTF roll?
The count depends on the finished dimensions of each design, the 22-inch roll width, your selected length, and cutting space. Check the actual builder layout rather than estimating by shirt quantity alone.
Are DTF rolls ready to wear?
No. DTF rolls are transfer-only products. Cut out the designs and apply them to suitable garments with a heat press using the supplied instructions. Order DTF garment printing if you need us to apply the designs.
Where are Tampa DTF roll orders printed?
DTF rolls for both markets are produced in Tallahassee. Tampa customers should allow for shipping and confirm arrival dates before placing urgent orders.
Can I order same-day DTF rolls in Tallahassee?
Eligible Tallahassee orders may qualify for same-day production, subject to available capacity, payment, and final artwork approval. Confirm rush availability with the team before ordering.
