T-Shirt Envy provides full-color direct-to-film (DTF) garment printing for Tallahassee and Tampa customers. Your design is printed onto transfer film and heat-applied to approved apparel. Choose this service when you want us to apply the design to your garment.
Custom DTF shirts and customer-supplied apparel
DTF is a useful option for logos, photos, school spirit wear, business shirts, church apparel, event shirts, and family reunion designs. Cotton, polyester, and blend garments require suitability checks for the material and heat application. Contact us about specialty fabrics before ordering.
Select a garment from the available product options or use our printing-only option for your own garments. There is no polyester material upcharge for DTF on customer-provided garments. For smaller Tampa orders, ship your garments to Tallahassee after confirming the job with our team.
How to order DTF garment printing
Choose your garment option, print locations, print size, quantity, and turnaround. Upload artwork for each placement and include any layout instructions. Use the displayed product options for your order total; additional locations, garment choices, and rush service can affect the price.
Upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, preferably 300 DPI at the final print size. Check spelling, image dimensions, print locations, and layout before submitting. Include your required in-hand date. Production requires final artwork approval in writing: “Approved.”
Tallahassee and Tampa ordering
Tallahassee: Our main production location handles custom apparel and eligible rush orders. Visit T-Shirt Envy at 1140 Capital Circle SE, Suite 13, Tallahassee, FL 32301, or call 850-745-4272.
Tampa: We serve Tampa customers through Tallahassee fulfillment and large-order appointments. In-person Tampa service is by appointment for 500 or more garments. Smaller customer-supplied garment orders must be shipped to Tallahassee; contact us before sending garments. Tampa has no same-day or 1-hour service. Call 813-421-4646 to confirm fulfillment and timing.

Is this a finished shirt or a transfer-only product?
This page is for DTF printing applied to garments. If you have your own heat press and need transfers only, choose DTF sheets or DTF rolls.
Is same-day DTF printing available?
Eligible same-day DTF production is available in Tallahassee, subject to capacity, garment availability, payment, and approved artwork. Tampa has no same-day or 1-hour service; confirm production and shipping before selecting a deadline.
Can you print on my own shirts?
Yes, subject to garment suitability. Use the printing-only product and describe the garments, quantities, desired placements, and instructions. Smaller Tampa customer-supplied orders must ship to Tallahassee.
